How long have you been with us at Bread & Butter Concepts? About a year and a half, but forever in my heart.

Where are you from originally? Las Vegas

What do you do on your days off? Hang out with my son, read 5 books at once, or watch B-horror movie.

Describe yourself in 6 words or less. “Perseverance is stubborness with a purpose.”

Favorite Kansas City activity to do? Get coffee at Mud Pie and then browse for hours at Prospero’s.

Where’s your favorite place to eat in the city? In order: Westport Cafe, Sama Zama, Jerusalem Cafe. Blue Koi.

What’s your go-to dish on Urban Table’s new dinner menu? Waldorf for sure.

What’s the best memory or story you have at Bread & Butter Concepts? The first event I worked was pretty memorable. It was at the speedway. We had a lot of fun and it was a great introduction to the people I would be spending most of my time with.
