Library Dinners Series – Spring 2017 Edition
The second chapter of our Library Dinner Series will return Sundays, April 23 and May 7 with 7-course menus crafted by Executive Chef Joe West, Executive Pastry Chef Kelly Conwell and Chef de Cuisine Spencer Knipper. Stock Hill Sommelier, Brent Grider, will select wine pairings.
Chef West and his culinary team pull inspiration for these special dinners from their surroundings and the changing seasons. He says the menus are “very momentary and timely, with uniquely available ingredients.”
Each dinner with included wine pairings is priced at $100 per person. Tickets may be purchased on our website.
Chateau Montelena Vineyard Wine Dinner
We will also host a 5-course wine dinner with Matt Crafton from Chateau Montelena of Napa Valley on Wednesday, May 3. Chef West and Sommelier Grider will work together to create a special menu.
