The menu has a variety of familiar American dishes that have been enhanced with a unique twist. Appetizers include dry-rubbed Smokey Hot Wings served with creamy, cilantro ranch and Pork Nuggets filled with confit pork, smoked mozzarella and spicy jalapeño.
Entrées range from a tender, Louisiana spiced Rainbow Trout to a cocoa crusted Midwest Black Angus Filet and will allow guests to customize their dish with more than a dozen delectable side items including: Sweet Potato Mac & Cheese, Heirloom Carrots with herbed garlic butter, Cauliflower Fried Rice, and Good O’ Mashed Potatoes.
The food menu is complemented by an extensive beverage program that includes invigorating house-bottled cocktails and straight-forward classic libations. The six different house-bottled cocktails incorporate a variety of spirits, cordials and bitters to create both still and carbonated, unique beverages.
