Let’s face it, Brunch is the best meal of the week and getting out of bed on the weekends has never been more worth it with the debut of new Spring additions to the Oliver brunch menu.
This new brunch menu boasts hearty servings of Waffle Sliders, Banana Bread French Toast, and Chorizo Chilaquiles, as well as $5 brunch cocktails (I repeat, $5 brunch cocktails), and more. And don’t worry, our classics such as the Fried Chicken Benny and the Braised Pork & Grits, aren’t going anywhere.
Waffle sliders with over-easy eggs, sausage, cheddar, bacon praline syrup, waffles, and morning potatoes.
Banana Bread French Toast with chantilly cream, caramel maple syrup, and bacon.
Chorizo Chilaquiles made with fried eggs, crispy corn tortillas, black beans, enchilada sauce, salsa verde, avocado, cotija cheese, and Manchego.
Prime Rib Dip made with slow-cooked prime rib, au jus, horseradish sauce, and bolillo bread
Fried Green Tomatoes with creamed corn, and bacon jalapeño jam.
House-Made Granola Parfait with vanilla honey greek yogurt, and fresh berries.
Remember the $5 brunch cocktails? They include our Signature Bloody Mary, classic or tangerine Mimosas, and a creamy Irish Coffee.
Other new items include Quiche of the Day, the Daybreaker (an egg white omelette) and The Villager (mini bagels with lox).
